ISO gap analysis and implementation
The journey to ISO implementation with Saguro involves three stages:

Stage 1 - Gap Analysis
Our consultant will review your current processes, systems, procedures and activities to identify gaps where your business does not meet the requirements of the standard. We will then make recommendations to address the gaps and investigate feasible ways in which your business can make the necessary changes to achieve conformance. At this stage, we would also recommend the employee Environmental Awareness Course and Introduction to ISO workshop for Managers and Team Leaders, delivered on-site at your facility or via a virtual classroom.

Stage 2 - Implementation
The recommendations identified in stage one will be implemented and reviewed to ensure they are achieving the requirements of the standard. It is essential to allow sufficient time for this stage in the process because the changes you make now will most likely be set for a number of years to come. It is therefore imperative that your employees are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of how their role contributes to the effectiveness of the Management System and satisfies statutory and regulatory compliance.

Stage 3 - Audit and Review
Saguro will organise and attend the final stage which will involve a two to three day audit for certification by a UKAS accredited body. A full review of the process will be undertaken with further advice and support provided on the results of the audits.
Integration of two or more standards
If you are planning to implement more than one standard, we would recommend integration as a more efficient way of managing two or more standards. This will not only save time and money but also additional workload for employees.
Training and Awareness
Our Environmental Awareness training (half day) and Introduction to ISO for Managers and Team leaders (full day) can be arranged as a virtual classroom with course materials and break out sessions or depending on your location (travel within one hour of Hampshire, UK), at your site for up to 12 delegates.
